Just made some cilantro mojito marinade and peeled/devained a pound of shrimp. The shrimp are sitting happily in their marinade now.

I wrapped some pigs up in blankets to keep them warm in our cold weather. They took a 10 minute nap and now we are eating them =) YUM!

Good news is his spine is fine. Bad news is hes now on light duty. Tendon strain/damage and some arthritis. At least he's ok! Whew!

Mike hurt his back at work last night. There was an audible crunch between his shoulder blades. We have to take him to the hospital today.

The peanut butter fudge I made last night. 01/01/10

The fudge turned out good despite its self. The choc chip cookies are superb. The brown sugar crisps? Not so much. We didnt care for them.

I wanna make some chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter fudge and brown sugar crisps tonight.

Hell, you cant even get into a post office lobby! I really miss FL sometimes.
