A "Thanksgiving Day" sandwich idea

Someone, somewhere has already done this I'm sure, but while I was getting my sliced Thanksgiving style turkey from the deli I thought "some sliced jellied cranberry would be good on that!"

So, I am going to try and think of what would be good on a Thanksgiving sandwich. This is what I have so far.

A hoagie roll with thin sliced turkey, thin sliced jellied cranberry and thin sliced cornbread dressing. Maybe some light mayo? Not sure where to go with it from there. Post suggestions if you have them.
